After 7 years and 500 research projects, Tom has more than accumulated his 10,000 hours of practice. As Co-Founder of Callosum, he brings to the company experience in just about every type of market research study, as well as a specific expertise in advanced quantitative analytics, qualitative exercises, and data visualization. He is also involved in the promotion and advancement of the industry, having contributed to published whitepapers, guest lectured at local universities, and given courses on marketing research through the Campus Infopresse program.

Over the course of her career, she has worked with key players in both small and large businesses, across a diverse group of industries. She has substantial experience in advertising research and has consulted clients as well as advertising agencies. Whether it be measuring brand equity, testing new products and positionings, or evaluating customer satisfaction, Nathalie has accumulated the necessary experience to advise clients on the best approaches. At Callosum, she is responsible for all aspects of project management, from submitting research proposals to the presentation of results.

Founder of Passages Marketing Inc, Pierre is a closely integrated partner of Callosum, and is responsible for all survey programming and data processing. He has perfected his craft by serving in similar capacities for the past 20 years, and helps Callosum to field higher quality surveys in a faster and more cost-efficient manner.
philip darling statistician
Philip is another key partner of Callosum and is involved in studies where advanced statistical processes are required. Having earned his Master’s Degree in Statistics at the University of Toronto, Philip then went on to serve as Lead Statistician and Director of Analytics in various organizations for 12 years before founding Darling Consultants in 2013. Philip’s knowledge of statistics ensures that Callosum has all the necessary tools at its disposal to meet even our clients’ most sophisticated research needs.
